During a trip with my best friend Marijo Swick to New York City we visited the site of 9/11. The lighting was very dramatic coming through the wired fence as she took photos of the re-construction. We had a personal connection to this as we were meant to be in New York at the time of 9/11 but by some strange force, plans had to be changed at the last-minute and we did not visit New York but instead ended up stranded for a week in a practically shut down Los Vegas. It was important to us when we did finally get to New York to visit the site.
