This picture was taken at the dragon boat races benefit for brest cancer survivors. After the races were done the survivors & supporters paddled out into the water and tossed a pink rose into the lake for themselves or those they were supporting. There water became a floating reminder of how many woman battle breast cancer every year. I captured this lonely flower as it passed by me on the coast.
