or Christmas 2015 I wanted to do something fun for the kids in my family so I created these fun little sugar cookies.
I simply dripped some sugar icing over the cookie to create a puddle, then I trimmed about 1/3 of a mini marshmallow off keeping both pieces. Place the 2/3 piece as is into the icing & place the 1/3 piece near the head and paint that piece black with black coloured icing. Then in black icing draw a rim around the hat, the arms & hands, dots for buttons. A little icing coloured orange to create the nose (I used a toothpick to apply the nose & eyes). Finish it off with whatever colour you like for the scarf. These cookies are cute and a hit with Big and little kids.
