While visiting a cemetry I came across this statue of an Angel. I felt the expression on the Angel was both haunting and beautiful and wanted to capture it in a sketch.
I always loved this shot of Ann-Margret so I re-created it in a stippling drawing then used the drawing as a dummy album cover. For the back of the album I used the same image creating a Pop art like look by using only the colour red.
In the comic book series Elf Quest the main female character is Leetah I loved the strong lines and angular shape to her face yet still capturing a very feminine look. Here I re created one of my favourite images of her from the series by Wendy and Richard Pini.
